• Conducting weekly “toolbox talks” on a range of issues affecting designers in the office for all staff
• Encouraging all staff working on the project to have the appropriate CSCS accreditation
• Providing safety training for all staff covering CDM, workplace and site safety.

The design changes we made:
• Change to north-south alignment from east-west
• New concourse design
• Demolition of Winthrop St and Durward St Bridges
• Removed Fulbourne St ticket office
• New internal configuration of Durward St Shaft
• Inclusion of new public walkway
• GSM refurbished, not demolished
• Reduction in excavation
• Sustainable design features, e.g. green roof and wall.
