All children must be enrolled with Primary OSHCare prior tobooking via primaryoshcare.com.au. 48 hours’ notice isrequired for cancellation of a Vacation Care booking toensure you will not incur out of pocket costs. Please notethat bookings cannot be made online within 24 hours of thesession commencing. In order to book within this period,you will need to contact the service directly, the CustomerService and Billing Team on 1300 832 695 or by emailingcustomerservice@primaryoshcare.com.au

Child care subsidy

Our services are registered with Centrelink,so you will be able to claim Child CareSubsidy on your fees. For further informationplease visithttps://www.education.gov.au/childcare-FAQ . In order to claim Childcare Subsidy forVacation Care, we must have the CRN andDate of Birth of you and your child/ren. If wedo not have this information, full fees willapply.

Children with additional needs

We support all children includingchildren with additional needs. Ifyou would like to provideadditional information aboutyour child and his/her needs orrequire inclusion supportfunding, please contact us 6weeks prior to programcommencement on 0499 027 226for staffing purposes.
