• Positive Minimum Line Thickness - 0.01” (0.72pt)• Reverse Minimum Line Thickness - 0.03” (2.16pt)

• All hot stamp elements should be provided as one single, solid color• Provide art 100% to scale• Clearly label/color all graphic elements intended to be hot stamped

WITH TRAPPING (when hot stamp prints over two joining colors)

• Minimum Line Thickness - 0.03” (2.16pt) • 0.015” of each color must be applied under the hot stamp

FONTS

SIZES• Minimum font sizes can vary based on font style• Any font style used must meet minimum 0.01” positive and 0.03” reverse line thickness• It’s best to use solid, bold fonts
