THE CALL

The Call – Why God Called Man?

And the LORD God called to Adam, and said to him, Where are you? Genesis 3:9

1. THE CALL – Be With Him

One thing I ask from the LORD, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple. Psalm 27:4

Enoch’s Son is Methuselah, meaning when he is dead it shall come. (flood) Methuselah’s Son is Lamech and his son Noah.

Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about them: “See, the Lord is coming with thousands upon thousands of his holy ones 15 to judge everyone, and to convict all of them of all the ungodly acts they have committed in their ungodliness, and of all the defiant words ungodly sinners have spoken against him.” Jude 1:14,15

3. THE CALL – Fellowship With Him

Fellowship With Father

We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ. 1 John 1:3

Fellowship With Son

God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. 1 Corinthians 1:9

Fellowship – Established and Anointed

And it is God who establishes us with you in Christ, and has anointed us, set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.2 Corinthians 1:21,22

God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, Romans 5:5

4. THE CALL – Live In Him

Live In Him

Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did. 1 John 2:6

Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. John 15:4

Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad, for a tree is recognized by its fruit. Matthew 12:33

5. THE CALL – Live Through Him

This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. 1 John 4:9

And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again. 2 Corinthians 5:15

Our Lord Jesus Said1) Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 2) Love your neighbor as

yourself.

Called According To His Purpose

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

Then the LORD said to Cain, "Where is your brother Abel?" "I don't know," he replied. "Am I my brother's keeper?” Genesis 4:9

The LORD said, "What have you done? Listen! Your brother's blood cries out to me from the ground. Genesis 4:10

Am I my brother’s keeper?

Yes, we are responsible for our fellow-believers . Because, we all are one body in Christ! If our left hand is injured, our right hand immediately helps to fix it. In the Body of Christ, if one member suffers, all suffer. If one member rejoices, all rejoice. In a football game, all will rejoice even if someone else from their team scored the touchdown, because he is part of the same team. We are responsible for those we are closely connected with, in our local churches.

• Cain and Abel (Affected Another Person, His Brother - External) More series sin. Cain was cursed and the consequence was severe. (Gen 4:11)
