My father, who died in September 2013 aged 87, achieved so much in his life. The way he lived his life, his loyalty, determination in the face of life's challenges, love and dedication to those around him, his humility and his refusal to grow old gracefully have been inspirations to my family and me. Dad was not at all religious but he had a clarity in his life that I find enormously helpful in making sure I identify those things in my own life which are the most important. I hope it helps you, too.
