Apportionable Vehicles

• Two Axles and GVWR in excess of 26,000 pounds or 11,793 kilograms.

• Three or more axles

• Combination unit exceeds 26,000 pounds or 11,793 kilograms

Vehicles having a GVWR of less than 26,000 pounds or 11,793 kilograms and buses used in transportation of chartered parties may be apportioned at the option of the registrant.
