Let’s Rip DVDs

Only for back-up purposes, of course.

+Go to Google and search for MacX DVD Ripper Mac Free Edition

+Click on the link and it will take you to the website.

+Click on the DOWNLOAD button

+Don’t Get the Full Version

Nancy Reagan says, “Just say ‘no’.”

+Click on this link

+Click Save when it pops up for the download

+If you use Chrome, it should pop up at the bottom of your browser

If it doesn’t pop up, just go to Finder, then to downloads. It will be the last File you downloaded. It should be namedMacx-dvd-ripper…

+When you click on it, it will open up the dmg file.

+After you click on it, minimize your browser. It will normally be behind your browser.

+Drag the DVD Ripper icon onto the Applications icon

+Now click on Launchpad

+You should see the DVD Ripper in your applications folder

+Now click on the DVD Ripper – this is what it will look like

+Follow the instructions (if you just punch start, nothing will happen…)

+Random Mac nuggets

To do a screen shot, hold down shift, control, option and three all at the same time (it takes talent). If your volume is up, it will sound like it took a picture.

If you press command, shift, and three, it will save the image onto your desktop.
