DESCRIPTION
TRANSCRIPT
You may tell a tale that takes up
residence in someone's soul, becomes
their blood and self and purpose. That
tale will move them and drive them and
who knows what they might do because
of it, because of your words. That is your
role, your gift.
How can you get better
at creating and telling
stories?
Practice is by far the best
teacher. This is what makes
a powerful
storyteller…
But we must admit that not
everyone has the possibility
to practice storytelling
weekly…

The game contains...
10 Key Ingredients cards Every good story follows a specific recipe. Our recipe implies
10 fundamental elements which we encourage to be used in
the stories you craft – The Point, Character/s, Setting,
Layers, Emotion, Aesthetics, Dialogue, Change Process,
Humor and Anchors.
84 Story Elements cards Such cards contain people, animals, elements of nature,
emotions, actions and other items to be included in the
stories the players create.
Each element contains a picture and a little story to ignite
the imagination of the players.
12 Dialogue cards As you can see in the Key Ingredient cards, no story is
complete without a dialogue.
These cards are designed to make the players include
dialogues in stories, especially for those that use too much
narration.
12 Text cards To make things even more challenging, we have prepared
some texts that players need to include in their stories.
They can range from scientific definitions to news articles
or even lyrics.
12 Types of Stories With experienced players, you can go to another level,
leading to create stories based on the type of story named in
the card they pick. They do not offer other instructions and
they do so for a very good reason.
12 Storytellers For even more experienced players and for those who want
to be challenged, these cards decide the character
and the voice of the storyteller.
This requires players to use other voices and to get into the skin
of a specific character in order to tell a captivating story.
