Processing Refurbishment Objectives
In this lesson you will learn:- Completing the refurb workorder process for
- Cache items with completed status of RFI, Uns or Uns-NWT
- Trackable items- Adding items used in the refurb process to be charged
to the incident/other order

Put check in box next to item that has been refurbed

Process Refurbishment Screen- RFI
Enter quantity that has been refurbed
Select inventory status from drop down. Note: can only select one status per transaction. Click on Process Refurbishment

Process Refurbishment Screen-UNS
Quantity that is Unserviceable or Unserviceable-NWT. Enter the quantity and select from the drop down the appropriate unserviceable status.

Select the item that has been refurbed and click on Process Refurb

Process Refurbishment w/ Refurb Components
Enter the quantity to be refurbed, select the inventory status from the drop down as discussed in the previous slides.
To add refurb components click on the green plus sign, enter the cache item, tab out, enter the quantity consumed. If additional items were used repeat the previous steps. Once all items have been entered click on Process Refurbishment. Note: prior to this the items used for refurb need to be moved to the appropriate refurb zone.

Process Refurbishment for NRFI Kit
Select the kit that has been refurbed, check the Display Kit Components box and click on Process Refurb

Process Refurbishment for NRFI Kit
Enter the Qty Consumed for the items that were used in the refurb process and tab out.
Delete the lines for the items not used in the refurb process. Click on Process Refurbishment.

Move Task Creation
Move tasks are automatically created for movement of refurbed RFI items from the refurb zone to the storage location for non RRP nodes.
Find the move request by accessing the task console and searching by the workorder number.
Ad Hoc moves need to be processed from the REFURB-RFI zone for RRP nodes.
