CLIPS AND CLIP ART

CLIP • Any picture or graphics that

can be inserted into a document.

This can be: pictures, drawings, line, shapes, borders.

CLIP ART• A large collection of clips that

have already been created.

CLIP GALLERY• A collection of clip arts arranged in topic categories.

Adding Clip Art1.On the Insert Tab on the Menu Bar

click on Clip Art.2.In the Clip Art task pane, type a

description of what you are looking for in the Search for box and Click Go.

3.When the image open, click the image to insert into the document.

Adding Images1.On the Insert Tab click the Picture

button.2.Choose your picture’s location to

locate the file.3.Click the picture you want to insert

in your document.4.Click on the Insert button.

Inserting WordArt1. On the Insert Tab, Click on Word

Art button.2. Choose a Word Art Style.3. In the Edit Word Art Text dialog

box, type in your text, you can also change the Font Style, Size and apply Bold, Italic format.

4. Click Ok button.
