1- Main purpose and performance:
Computer touch screen labeling machine configure the ultra-large-scale integrated
circuit. Microcomputer configuration can use the touch screen to facilitate the
completion of the various data input and make the full control of labeling machine
when device start up. Can make adjustment of labeling speed depends on the
product and label sizes.

5- The control system configuration and works
A- The control system configuration:
Model LAWA-A labeling machine PLC control system is by a PLC, high-speed D/A
converter, photoelectric sensor, high dot matrix LCD, touch screen control and
many other modern electronic technologies. Chosen VLSI system, high-quality
import components. Particularly increase the digital control of speed regulating
motor, can come through the function of control and start-stop for the labeling
speed, separate product speed, roll label speed on touch screen.
B- Control contents:
1. Each time production count: the total amount for each time, client can
effectively control the total production.
2. Production number preset production amount, when reach the amount,
machine automatically stop
3. Label used up automatically stop automatic alarm when one roll of label use
up.
4. Adjustable-speed motor centralized control: control the motor speed and start
or stop directly.
5. English dynamic menu: touch-screen English menu display different
contents depending on interface, dynamic display, all alarm is use intuitive
description.

6. Protection date for power failure: If unexpected power outage happened, the
controller can protect the already set parameters and statistics not lost.
7. Malfunction display: monitor variety of fault during labeling process, once
the system breaks down, labeling system will automatically stop, beep sounds,
red light will illuminate.

red : alarm;
green : running;
yellow : power indicator.

6- The control system Instructions
Please check the picture and learn how to change the language:
When open the touch screen, enter in to the first page of setting date
1. TOUCH SCREEN OPERATION
Counter: Count every shift labeling quantity. The total will not change unless
shutdown or power failure.
Batch C: The rest quantity of the batch
Reset: remove the already set counter.
Set Batch: the output data you want to labeling, when finished machine will be
stop automatically

Label Speed: Setup the unit label peeled out speed .The speed is controlled by the
step motor, which is the controller issued frequency control pulse, unite is HZ.
Label plus:Setting amount for protecting labeling system, setting 3000-5000 is ok,
after setting, don’t need change
Label Delay : Label peeled out Delay time . When the sensor detect the product
reach the preset time , the label will be peeled out .
Code time : printing time
Label pos : This setting don’t need change .
Code on: the printer device have off, if need use the printer, touch again.
Label test : test label to make sure the label position is ok before labeling Space motor: The start-stop control button of separate product motor
Main motor: The start-stop control button of conveyor belt 、 pressure product
institution and separate product motor.
RUN: Start the machine
Alarm reset: eliminate alarm, close alarm button when the machine have
malfunction.
2. The sequence of operations
①. Starting up
(1) Rotating the master switch (front side of electrical cabinet), the yellow light
bright when the total power on.
(2) The touch screen enter the operation interface, click start button, set up the
parameter as Figure (2).

② Adjustment
1. Have made general setting for client before machine delivery,client also can
adjust and reset the parameters depends on their actual production.
2. Whenever adjust one parameter, just touch the grid ,the screen will turn to the
adjustment frame .
3. Return to the main interface after adjust the parameters, click the “Test” button,
the system will send out one or two labels, click the "Start", machine start working .
4. When the machine during operation, the left side of display have the “main
motor” button, conveyor will stop operation when click it, while other motors still
working, click "stop" , the machine can stop operation.
3. Explain for breakdown:
When the speed of sent product motor, separate product motor, roll label motor can
not match with the send label speed or sensor break down, controller will
automatically alarm and automatically shut down, show information for equipment
adjustment and help information of exclude troubleshooting. Click ‘alarm clear”
when controller alarm.
7- Mechanical adjustment
1. Put label roll on the label plate.
2. When the label through the label head, pay special attention to the stacker paper get
though the sensor’s correlation center, make sure the sensor can check the labels.
3. Adjust the press product device depends on the product height, make sure the
distance between conveyor and press product device bottom 2-3mm less than product
height.
4. Adjust the Neaten product device depends on product width, make sure the distance
2-3m less than the product width.
5. Adjust the label head depends on product width, keep the distance between peel label
device and product one side about 4-5mm.
6. Label testing: put some products on the conveyor, open the main switch, observe
the send label height on the product body, then adjust the label head up and down
adjustment hand wheel to amend the label position on the product.
7. There are two sets roll label device.

8- Control part adjustment
1. The adjustment of label position on product body: can adjust the check product
sensor location first, then set the sent label delay time.
2. Sent label speed adjustment: according to the set conveyor speed to adjust the
sent label speed, make sure both speeds keep the same.
(Note: no matter the speed is too fast or too slow all can cause wrinkle
phenomenon).

Under the state of normal operation or sent label test, if appear alarm state, and the
screen display "send label unfinished" alert, the Photoelectric sensor need have the
follow adjustment:
1. Press “label station sensor” button until the indicator light flicker.
2. Press the “label test” button on touch screen, will send label continuously, until
stop alarm.
3. Press the “label station sensor” button again, the light stop flashing.
4. Start “label test” button again, label sensor should always stay in the gap
between two labels.

10 - Maintenance and lubrication of the mechanical structure
1- Need to add lubricating oil on the rotating part
2- Rolling part use: # 1 calcium-based grease (three months plus one time)
3- Other lubrication part: # 32 oil(three days plus one time)
4- Often observed the equipment is running correctly or not, and whether there is
abnormal sound.
a. Often use tools to tighten the screws and nuts on the device.
b. Keeping the rack, the line and pressure nozzle cleaning.

Faults Analysis Troubleshooting

①Adjust the conveyor speed, such as before the

slower.
②Adjust the sensor.Adjust the sensor holder on
the conveyor to the left, then press the start
bottom. If the send label speed still inaccuracy, can
use the above method adjust to the best
result/
2.label wrinkle Send label too fast slow the send label speed,turn the touch screen to
the send label speed adjustment part,slow the
send label speed.
3.the used label

①check the band carrier (green and round band
carrier). If find too loose, can loosen the fixed
collect label plate screw, tens the band carrier, if
the band carrier need to change a new one, pls use
the Fusion methods connect the Fusion
methods well.
