We Give Back. Other people sayit, but we really do it. Fifty-ninepercent of the student body participated in some sort of service learning last year. Studentclubs and athletic events alsodrew students into service programs; they tallied 1,701hours of service at one-timeevents. In the Newton PublicSchools alone, Lasell studentsprovided 6,854 hours of service. That’s HUGE!
