“One Faith”: One of the distinguishing marks of the Church around the world

is the dearly held truth that salvation is not based on what we do, but on what was DONE for us on the cross of Jesus Christ. It is ‘sola fide’ or by ‘faith alone’ that we experience salvation, not by our efforts or achievements. It is also how we live. What does it mean to live ‘by faith’ when everything around us and in-side us shouts ‘Work harder! You can do it!’?
