We love how our neighborhood celebrates this special day in our nation's history! A quick reminder that after your fireworks celebration, please be certain to clean all debris from Little Vine streets and lawns.

KUDOS! POOL REMINDERS

We would also l ike t o of fer a few rem inders t o all hom eowners using t he com m unit y pool:

1. For the safety of all, please make certain the gate is completely closed and latched when entering or leaving the pool area.

2. Please clean up all trash and place trash bags in the trash bin. Please do not throw trash into a bin that does not have a trash bag in it.

3. If you have a party at the pool, we ask that you collect all trash from the party and place in your home trash can. The waste company that collects our trash from the pool does so at no charge. We are thankful for their generosity and want to be mindful of their service to our community.

4. All guests must be accompanied by a LV resident.

NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS

To ensure t hat we m aint ain t he best possible environm ent for our neighborhood, we ask t hat each resident rem em ber t he follow ing:

- All out door garbage recept acles are t o be st ored out of view f rom any st reet , am enit y or any adjoin ing lot .

- Trailers are t o be st ored in an enclosed garage.- Out door recreat ion equipm ent should be locat ed behind t he

house out of sight of t he pr im ary st reet .- Post ed neighborhood speed l im it is 25 m ph.

We have recent ly received m ult iple com plaint s per t ain ing t o t he excessive dog bark ing of m ult iple dogs in our neighborhood.

As several board members are also pet owners, we are sensitive to this subject and feel it best to address this with all residents.

The Little Vine Covenants do address the issue of animal nuisance. Article I 1.24 states:

No animals other than a reasonable number of generally recognized house pets shall be maintained on the property and then only if kept thereon solely as household pets and for no other purposes. No such animal shall be allowed to make an unreasonable amount of noise or otherwise become a nuisance. We request that all pet owners please be mindful of this covenant and your neighbors at all t imes. We would also like to encourage all homeowners to first try and resolve any matters one-on-one.

For homeowners who have attempted to resolve the matter and may still be having issues with excessive barking or other animal issues, we have contacted Carroll County Animal Control and received the following recommendations and information:

1. Record the violation with your phone.

2. Report the violation to the Carroll County Animal Control at 770.834.8150.

3. 1st visit - Carroll County Animal Control will issue a warning to violator (with recorded proof).

4. 2nd visit ? Carroll County Animal Control will issue a date for court appointed mediation (with additional recorded proof).

5. 3rd visit ? Carroll County Animal Control will issue a citation for violator to appear in court (with yet additional recorded proof).

We always hope to see peaceful resolutions and thank everyone for their understanding in this matter.
