KS3 Boys Uniform General Dresscode

• Red blazer with badge• Plain white shirt with a collar buttoned

to the neck and tucked in. • School tie (red and grey stripes) – 7

stripes showing. • Plain, formal grey trousers - no stitched

pockets, or stud/rivets.• Swanlea grey v-neck jumper with red

trim and school badge. • Belt-plain non-designer belt. No large

buckles. • Plain black formal shoes (no coloured

lace, stitches, trainers, plimsolls or any other type of sports shoe). Or plain black boots to be worn underneath trousers.

• Garments worn under the shirt should be plain white and not visible beyond the shirt.

• All coats must be plain black. Can have hood as long as it’s also plain black. Hood not to be worn anywhere on the school premises

• Students can wear woolly hats and gloves in the playground, not in the school building. Baseball caps are not allowed.

• Non-prescription contact lenses are not allowed.

• Eyebrows/haircuts-should not have special designs, patterns or shaved lines. Eyebrows should not be shaved.

• All students should have a school bag large enough to carry all relevant school equipment and books.

stripes showing. • Plain, formal grey trousers or skirt-no

stitched pockets, or stud/rivets.• Swanlea grey v-neck jumper with red

trim and school badge. • Belt-plain non-designer belt. No large

buckles. • Plain grey salwar kameez (optional)

– top should be up to the neck, top should be no shorter than the thigh, trouser must be kabuli style.

• Plain grey/white headscarf (optional)• Plain black formal shoes (no coloured

lace, stitches, high heels, trainers, plimsolls or any other type of sports shoe). Or plain black boots to be worn underneath trousers.

• Make-up is not allowed• Jewellery is not allowed except for 1

pair of plain small gold/silver stud earrings (no hoops allowed). Nose rings are not allowed.

• Garments worn under the shirt should be plain white and not visible beyond the shirt.
