Don’t be a librarian

There is more value to add than just putting the right books on the right shelves

You are probably doing a great job

You are not just a regular Knowledge Manager

You are a super Knowledge Manager

You know what people did in the past

Get out of your ivory tower

However you don’t know what people need in the future

You are in the Knowledge Management business

You are not in the fortune telling business

The only group that knows everything for everybody is
