kirby meet in the middle celebration

The end of the year celebration was to reward the students and peer mentors for

working toward a successful school year, and for being a positive force

on Kirby’s campus. The full celebration occurred over three days.

3. Meet in the Middle end of the year rally

We would like to thank Special Olympics for giving us the tools and

support to implement the Meet in the Middle program on our campus.

It has been a tremendous support to my students with and without

intellectual disabilities. As well as a catalyst for change on our campus

when is come to how students view people with intellectual disabilities.
