Environmental Assessments

Phase I Assessment

• Two dry cleaning facilities operated on site starting in 1956.

• 13 nearby environmental concerns, including dry cleaning facilities, auto repair centers, and gas stations.

Phase II Assessment

• Tetracloroethene (PCE), a known dry cleaning solvent, was detected at 149 ug/mg, slightly above the state Default Target Level (DTL).

• Other degradation products were detected below DTLs
