Advanced registration is required for all SMP trips, events & volunteer opportunities unless otherwise stated. Program events are open only to single Marines and Sailors stationed aboard MCLB Barstow. Participants who volunteer with SMP must register in advance with SMP HQ in order to receive a letter of appreciation. All recreation center activities are open to all Active Duty stationed aboard MCLB Barstow, regardless of rank or marital status.
