Planning a wedding can be hell…but planning to ruin a wedding can be a hell of a lot of fun!
We’d be delighted if you’d be able to come and join the congregation as this off-Broadway cult hit makes its European première.
Andrew and Anthony are getting married – and everyone wants to “help”! My Big Gay Italian Wedding spins into a hysterical fiasco as everyone tries to have their way. This music and dance-filled extravaganza has been playing to sold-out houses in New York for four years and is showing no sign of finishing the reception early.
Join us for the Wedding of the Year!

Commiserate with poor Jack Point, the strolling player, in his love for Elsie. Laugh at Gilbert’s wit and satire and wallow in what many consider to be Sullivan’s finest score.

following rave national reviews and local demand, Jersey Opera House is showing an encore screening of the award-wining national Live production of frankenstein.
Directed by Oscar-winner Danny Boyle (127 Hours, slumdog millionaire) this time the visionary production has a role reversal for the actors with Benedict cumberbatch starring as Victor frankenstein and Jonny Lee miller as the creature.
childlike in his innocence but grotesque in form, frankenstein’s bewildered creature is cast out into a hostile universe by his horror-struck maker. meeting with cruelty wherever he goes, the friendless creature, increasingly desperate and vengeful, determines to track down his creator and strike a terrifying deal.
urgent concerns of scientific responsibility, parental neglect, cognitive development and the nature of good and evil are embedded within this thrilling and deeply disturbing classic gothic tale.

Heaven 17 formed in the early 1980s, born from the famous sheffield scene of that time.
In 1981, The Human League split and founder member, Martyn Ware formed the BEF – British Electric Foundation, intended as a company to produce other artists. Their first project was ‘Heaven 17’ where they were joined by friend Glenn Gregory on vocals. The band’s name was taken from a nightclub band from the Anthony Burgess novel and film, ‘A Clockwork Orange’.
Heaven 17, with the amazing voice of Glenn Gregory on lead vocals and Martyn Ware on keyboards, brings together the age of the new romantic electro synth pop sound.

As a tribute to Glenn’s USAAF Band and remembering the great concerts he gave in Europe during WWII, the second half of the show is performed in US Army Air force Uniforms.
Let’s all share this nostalgic music.

spItFIRE sOLO
written and performed by nicholas collettco-devised and directed by Gavin robertsonexecutive Producer for perf@ect Tim marriott
It is June of the new Millennium. For 80 year old Peter Walker, ex-Battle of Britain pilot, an unexpected new challenge is about to begin. From the comfort of the Silver Birches Retirement Home, he must once again find the resilience, determination and strength to do what must be done.
“What an excellent actor is Collett – a marvel”Le Monde
“Collett sends a shiver down the spine”The Scotsman
As he re-lives past glories, losses, wartime experiences, family memories and the heady days of blue skies and battles, he searches for the answer to the biggest question so far. Personal, charming, funny and inventive, ‘Spitfire Solo’ is one man’s battle for survival, the second time around. Blending theatre, music and film in this multi-layered and textured production, Nicholas Collett plays a multitude of characters and recreates the Battle of Britain – onstage.Performed in Jersey Opera House studio
