If you SEE bullying…

• Talk to an adult.• Tell the bully to stop and walk away with the

victim.• Do not continue the bullying cycle by talking

about it with others or on social networks – that gives more power and prestige to the bully.

• Be VOCAL! Write a blog, and tweet about bullying.

Overcome

If you are BEING bullied…

• Tell an adult• Avoid areas where it happens• Disengage – any way that you can:– Walk away– Try to laugh it off then walk away– Walk with a friend

Cyberbullying cannot be ignored!

Avoid Cyberbullying!

• Think about what you post!– Do not post anything private about yourself or

others– Do not share anything that could hurt or embarrass

• Think about who see what you post!– Complete strangers?– Parents?– Employers?

• Talk to an adult and report cyberbullying!
