step by step method.
1mix 2 jello package with 3
cups boiling water 3 cups
cold water
2 leave jello in the fridge
for an hour
3 drop 1 cup jelly beans let
set for 10 minutes
4put in 2 green twizzlers at the bottom
of the bowl
5 skewer 2 fish on to fork prong in the middel
of the bowl
6 peel 2 green twizzler in till look like seaweed
