Making the task of shopping for clothes online more efficient.

Existing System

Our System

User Study Conditions● Our user study conditions involved our participants

trying out each interface (traditional vs. Shopregate) for a week at a timeo In order to allow for equal, unbiased representation

of each interface and to aid in data collection

● We received 16 participants for our user study

Results and Analysis

From the results of the p-values, we can see a significant difference in the efficiency of the two interfaces and the ease of clothing comparison with each. There was not a significant difference in the ease of use between the two interfaces.

Question Mean and Std. Dev (Traditional)

Mean and Std. Dev (Shopregate)

p-/t-values

Efficiency Mean: 5.94Std. Dev: 2.05

Mean: 7.81Std. Dev: 2.71

p-value: 0.034587t-value: 1.9682

Ease of Use Mean: 7.19Std. Dev: 1.97

Mean: 7.63Std. Dev: 3.46

p-value: 0.33262t-value: 0.4420

Easy to Compare Mean: 5.19Std. Dev: 2.69

Mean: 7.81Std. Dev: 3.02

p-value: 0.010668t-value: 2.5913

ConclusionFrom the results of the study, we can reject the

null hypothesis due to there being a significant difference in efficiency and ease of comparison between Shopregate and the standard interfaces.

Recommend to a friend: 6.5/10Common feedback: There needs to be

more stores and filters.
