• Instead of letting him/her wait

• S/He was sitting idle

• Instead of informing

• Instead of forcing messages

• Instead of half-truths

We offer them a seat

We asked them to see ERA demo.

We choose dialogues.

we ask for permission.

we choose complete transparency.

Welcome Welcome him/her with cheerful

face, put the fan on especially for them and offer water.

Try to understand his/her needs and requirements

Don’t start directly with course details. Build a conversation
