O V E R V I E W
Italy Luxury Design derives from an idea of HouseGest Srl, a company specialising in luxury
buildings both at a national and an international level. ILD aims at providing its customers
with its expertise acquired in a 10-years including property renovation, above all when first
rate materials, technologies and techniques are involved in the restyling of a real estate.
The acronym ILD includes three key ideas: “Italy” is a synonym for “Made in Italy”, as
its supplies, workforce and creativity are Italian; “Luxury” is due to the exclusive use of
deluxe materials and finishing; “Design” stands for the great care implied in designing and
planning every step.

Italy Luxury Design proposes a series of solutions for the interior design, both for all
inclusive renovation and a contract professional support. Every solution involves the
planning and realisation of projects that fulfil the customers’ specific needs.
ILD addresses its activity to companies and private customers, by cooperating with estate
agencies, architects and their studios, several consultants (especially those dealing with
