Enter the login credentials sent to you through mailAfter firsrt login need to change the passwordAnd provide the mail ID and Mobile number of the Principal

Note: If any institute not get the login credentials, mail to cteapeh2018@gmail.com from your official mail

Click on Applied Students tab for issue of NOC to the transfer applied students from your college

Check the student details and click on Issue NOC

Check Yes for approval

check the seat type of the student in which he is admitted at your institute

Enter the annual tution fee paid by the student, if he is under fee reimbursement, mention it on the hard copy of the NOC

Download the No Objection certificate

Take the print out of the NOC on college letter head and get the signature of the principal with seal If the student is under under fee

reumbusement, pls mention it on hard copy

Click on choose file and Submit the soft copy of the NOC form which signed by the principal Click on Verify with MOBILE OR EMAIL

Give the Principal Mobile Number to generate OTPand click on submit

Give the Generated OTP and click on Submit

NOC is issued successfully to the student

By clicking on it the details studnets who transferred to you college will be apppeard after the CTE approvs the transfer

Prepare the sheet in the following format for the admission data entry

Click on the year for which the admission data to be entered

Enter the branch wise intake and unfilled seats in convener and management quota. After entry of each branch details, click submit

Steps to Reject the issue of NOC

Click on Applied Students

Check the student details and click on Issue NOC

Click on NO to reject the student request

Fill the details and click on NOC Form Review

Download this Rejection form Get it signed and get the signature of the principal with seal

Browse the downloaded rejection form

Appropriate reason must be written

Note: Rejection of NOCs to the students without a valid reason will be viewed seriously
