Helping other team makes and sells handmade bracelets

-Identified all relevant Vietnamese Government regulations that relate to the products we were going to sell, and the countries into which we would like to export them.

-- Worked with my VP, Marketing and CEO to obtain any necessary licenses or approvals when we sell products outside of Vietnam

-Operating and divisions of work for two other members are Tuan Nam and Anh Huy.

- Searched the literature, document on commercial law in all relevant websites.

- Worked with Marketing and CEO to obtain any necessary licenses or approvals when we sell products outside of Vietnam.

Contributions of Government Relation team

The regulations that ISmile must be aware of to export products from Vietnam.

Our target is bringing products into USA for 3 reasons:

+The head quarter of Keuka Collage is at 141 Central Avenue, Keuka Park, New York.

+Many friends we know now live in USA include old friends or college’s friends that study oversea.

+Foreign people will pay their attention to the handmade products

Because it is handmade product and the number we export are not much, it will be no tariffs.

We intend to use express service or post-office service to ship our products.

Issues may prevent us from exporting the products?

- Missing products fail or delay by the shipping services.

- One more thing is we may bear the high shipping cost if the number of products we sent is not much.

Challenges we have encountered on this project, and how we overcame them.

- The challenges: high target of the profit but lack of time for this project.

- We learn about Science of Business so we can know much more about laws for exporting products.

- Too much sources in internet and it is not able to rely on it so we need to spend much time to choose and check the trust of this

source.

Government relation team contributes to the success of your company relating to satisfying customers and raising money for

the children at the hospital: - Finding any rule, law that relates to satisfying customers such as shipping products in time to the customers, guarantee the quality of products that customers order. - Raising money by sharing with our friend about the

products that we sell and the purpose of our work.
