• First crowd funding in 2012 (Goteo) = 13.400€

• Second crowd funding campaign in May 2013 (Kickstarter) = 68.000 $

• Featured at the IoT World Forum organised by Cisco in October 2013

• Winner of the Innovation Award in the Smart City Expo in November 2013

• Featured as one of the Digital Social Innovation projects to watch by The Guardian and Nesta

BACKGROUND• Inspired by Pachube and Air Quality Egg

• Expensive sensors and no quality related with price

• Complexity of building an Arduino with shields. Libraries, size and price

• No need of extra infrastructure in cities (Wifi and power at home)

• Smart Cities by Smart Citizens and not by Cisco and IBM
