Density of a substance with uniform composition is defined as its mass per unit volume.The formula is :

Pressure is force that acting on an object divided by its area.Mathematically:

Hydrostatic pressure can be calculated with the formula:

𝑃h=𝜌 h𝑔Where:Ph = Hydrostatic pressure (Pa or N/m2)ρ = Density of liquid (kg/m3 )g = earth’s gravity (m/s2)h = Depth (m)

If the container is open so there is atmosphere pressure from the air to the surface of liquid…

The pressure become: P0 = Atmospheric pressure (1 atm = 76 cmHg = 1.013 x 105 Pa)
