• 联邦政府拟议中的燃煤电厂减排法规草案 Proposed Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Regulations on Coal fired Power Plant
– 预计 2011 年颁布, 2015 年生效并针对所有燃煤热电厂 New regulations to become law in 2011 and in effect by 2015 and applicable to all coal fired power units
– 2015 年,燃煤热电厂排放量 / 每兆瓦时与高效天然气热电厂相当 (360-420 Toones/GWh) By 2015, existing coal-fired units must meet an emission standard on par with the emissions intensity of high-efficiency natural gas generation ( 360-420 kilograms (kg) of carbon dioxide (CO2) / per megawatt hours (GWh) )
– 所有新建燃煤电厂须做好 CO2 捕集系统连接准备, 2025 年达标 Capture ready required for all new coal-fired electricity units and allow for technology development to meet the emission standards until 2025.
