Overview
Purpose
This guideline provides details of the University Insurance policies and claims procedures. This guideline needs to be considered in conjunction with other University policies, procedures and guidelines. All references to monetary amounts in this guideline are on a GST inclusive basis.
Coverage
This Guideline applies to all University activities and budget centres, including Institutes, Centres, Divisions and the Foundation. Exclusions This guideline excludes: Travel Policy Travel Guidelines Workers Compensation Insurance (refer all matters to Human Resources)

Key Considerations
Introduction
The University arranges appropriate insurance policies to cover potential risks and liabilities to the University. The University’s policies are reviewed on an annual basis, in conjunction with the University’s insurance broker, to ensure that cover is adequate.
Exclusions and the Importance of Notifying the Insurance Office
All policies are subject to particular exclusions, conditions and limitations, such as for travel to Antarctica, and for chartered flights. Budget centre staff must take care to ensure they are covered under insurance by informing the Insurance Office of any new or unusual activity. This is particularly the case in regards to research activities, travel to high risk locations, or any other activity that could expose the University to litigation. Details are provided under specific insurance categories, but in general staff must remain aware that insurance coverage may not automatically apply in every situation, even where the budget centre has approved the activity. Individuals and budget centres involved are responsible for bringing to the attention of the Insurance Office any such activity prior to commencement.
Note Regarding Policy Provisions
Please note that this guideline provides a general guide and some details of the insurance policies have been summarised, due to the amount of detail and complexity of individual policies. The Insurance Office should be contacted if there is any uncertainty regarding the provisions of a particular policy.
Admission of Liability (Subrogation)
Some policies contain provisions that either exclude or reduce the insurer’s liability for a claim if an individual waives or limits their rights to recover damages from another party in relation to any loss. An individual may prejudice the rights of the University with regard to a claim if, without the prior agreement from the insurers, they make any agreement with a third party that will prevent the insurer from recovering the loss from that, or another party. It is recommended that any contract arrangements which limit the rights of recovery should be reviewed by Governance and Legal and advised to Financial Services.

Excesses and Budget Centre Contributions
In general budget centres are required to pay the excess on any particular claim. Details including any exceptions are outlined in Appendix C.
New Purchases or Disposals - Motor Vehicles and Marine Hull (Boats/Vessels)
Budget centres must promptly notify the insurance office details of any purchases or disposals for all UTAS owned motor vehicles or vessels prior to the transaction being finalised. The motor vehicle or vessel must be listed on the schedule provided to the insurer for coverage to apply.

Responsibilities
Duty of Disclosure
The University has a duty to disclose any events or circumstances that may have impact on insurance matters. Therefore all such matters must be reported promptly to Financial Services. A requirement under the Insurance Contracts Act 1984, is to disclose to the insurer every matter that is known, or could reasonably be expected to be known, is relevant to the insurer's decision whether to accept the risk of the insurance and, if so, on what terms. The University has the same duty to disclose those matters to the insurer before it renews, extends, varies or reinstates a contract of general insurance. The duty, however, does not require disclosure of matters: that diminish the risk to be undertaken by the insurer, that are of common knowledge, that the insurer knows or, in the ordinary course of its business, ought to know, or as to which compliance with the duty is waived by the insurer.
Utmost Good faith
Every insurance contract is subject to the doctrine of utmost good faith, which requires that parties to the contract should act toward each other honestly and fairly, avoiding any attempt to deceive in assuming and performing contractual obligations. Failure to do so on the part of the insured may permit the insurer to refuse to pay a claim or to cancel the policy or both.
Responsibilities Regarding Risks and Claims
Details of responsibilities for the identification, management and reporting of risks, must comply with Key Risk Responsibilities identified in the Risk Management Policy. Positions identified as having Key Risk Responsibilities in the Risk Management Policy are responsible for providing information required as part of any risk assessment or insurance renewal process. The instigator of any proposed purchases, ventures or other activities that may impact on insurance must also bring these to the attention of the Insurance Officer. Individual staff and associated personnel are responsible for bringing to the attention of the Insurance Officer any risks or changes to existing risks that they become aware of, that may impact on insurance. Individual staff and associated personnel are responsible for reporting to the Insurance Officer, without delay, any event or circumstance that may lead to a claim.

Financial Services is responsible for the co-ordination of procurement and renewal of insurance for the University. Financial Services is responsible for providing insurance advice, co-ordination of insurance claims and for promoting awareness of and compliance with individual policy terms.
Specific Responsibilities related to Travel
Under certain circumstances travellers are not automatically protected under the University liability policy, and must contact the insurance officer to ensure coverage is organised. For charter flights, helicopters, and other unusual travel circumstances, budget centres must advise the Insurance Officer of persons travelling by these means within a reasonable timeframe (at least two weeks before the travel is undertaken). Antarctic travel – budget centres must advise the Insurance Officer of persons travelling by these means within a reasonable timeframe (at least two weeks before the travel is undertaken). Pre-existing Medical conditions – Medical expenses incurred where a journey is undertaken against the advice of a qualified medical practitioner or when the individual is unfit to travel or if the purpose is to seek medical attention are excluded under the policy. The routine filling of required prescriptions for pre-existing medical conditions is not covered. Period of Travel – If an employee is travelling for a period longer than 180 days duration then the Budget Centre will be required to take out separate travel insurance for the whole period. This includes employees going on Study Leave. A request for additional travel insurance can be made on the Additional Travel Insurance Request form. Any additional costs are borne by the Budget Centre.
Volunteers
Volunteers must complete a declaration form before the commencement of work. Refer to the Personal Accident section below.

Summary of Major Insurance Categories
Motor Vehicle Insurance
The Motor Vehicle insurance policy covers all vehicles owned, used or operated by the University, being in use on University related business whilst in Australia. The only exclusions are vehicles salary packaged through Lease Plan.
Property Insurance
The Property insurance policy covers property owned by the University including buildings, equipment, works of art, crops etc. The policy covers loss by fire, flood, earthquake, burglary, theft, accidental damage or machinery breakdown.
Corporate Travel Insurance
Under the Corporate Travel insurance policy, the University has arranged coverage for employees and students travelling on authorised travel, or travel incidental to the business up to a maximum period of 180 days.
Personal Accident Insurance
The Personal Accident insurance policy is for official committee members, volunteers and students of the University engaged in University business.
Marine Cargo
Marine Cargo is insurance for University property damaged during marine transit, including the personal affects for the relocation of Staff.
Marine Hull Insurance
Marine Hull insurance provides coverage for Hulls, Motors and Trailers as declared to the insurer, and is restricted to Tasmanian Coastal and Inland Waters.
General and Products Liability
General and Products Liability is for liabilities arising from personal injury (including death) and property damage in connection with the University’s business, or from products manufactured, sold or supplied by the University.
Professional Liability Insurance
Professional Liability insurance is for legal liability to pay damages as a result of any claim or claims made against the University, protected person or entity arising out of any negligent act, error or omission in or about the conduct of the University’s professional business. Professional Business includes all professional, consulting, research and teaching activities of Universities.

Medical Malpractice Insurance
Medical Malpractice Insurance provides the University with the right to claim protection on their own behalf, or on behalf of a Student for their legal liability to pay damages as a result of any claim or claims made against them for bodily injury (including death) arising out of any negligent act, error or omission in relation to the provision of medical services.
Clinical Trials
Clinical Trials Protection provides the University with the right to claim on their own behalf or on behalf of a ‘Protected Person’ for legal liability to pay damages or compensation as a result of any claim or claims made by research subjects for bodily injury caused by any act, error or omission in connection with clinical trials approved by the University's Ethics Committee and undertaken within the Commonwealth of Australia subsequent to 21 May 1997.
Insurance Cover for Students
The University of Tasmania’s insurance program provides cover for students whilst undertaking unpaid Work Integrated Learning placements approved by the University
Other Insurance Policies
For details regarding insurance for Crops & Stock, Contract Works or other insurance categories not covered in this guideline, please contact the University Insurance Officer.

Motor Vehicle Insurance
Policy Outline – Motor Vehicles
Insured Interest: All vehicles owned, used or operated by the University or in which
the University has an insurable interest, vehicles owned by directors, employees or others whilst being used on the authorised business of the University.
Major Exclusions: Exclusions in relation to drivers under influence of alcohol or drugs,
unlicensed driver, unroadworthy or overloaded vehicles or not being properly maintained apply.
Base Excess: The base excess of $1000 will be charged to the relevant Budget
Centre. Additional Excesses: Driver under 21 years of age – additional $750 (total payable by the
Budget Centre is $1750).
Driver aged 21 to 25 years of age - additional $300 (total payable by Budget Centre is $1300). Inexperienced Driver – additional $250 (total payable by Budget Centre is $1,250).
Usage of Private Vehicles
Private vehicles used in connection with University business must have full comprehensive insurance and can only be used with the approval of the Head of Budget Centre. Should the vehicle be involved in an accident while on University business, the University may compensate the staff member for the amount of excess charged by the vehicle's insurer and loss of no claim bonus in the year following the accident, upon production of relevant documentation. No other costs will be met. The cost of the excess (as listed above) will be charged to budget centre funds. Please refer to the Driving Authorised Vehicles Policy for further information.
Insurance of Hire Vehicles
The University insurance policy does not cover hire vehicles. Vehicles hired for University business should normally include standard comprehensive insurance as part of the hire charge. If insurance is not included as part of the hire charge, the Budget Centre is required to purchase insurance for the vehicle. The most comprehensive level of motor vehicle insurance cover that is offered by the hire company must be taken out, including excess reduction options where available.

Motor Vehicles: Claims Procedures
Motor Vehicle Accidents
It is expected that all University employees will adhere to all traffic regulations. In the event of an accident, the following steps should be taken at the scene of the accident, in particular if another vehicle or persons are involved: If any person has been killed or injured, render any necessary assistance. It is essential that the other party's name, address, license number and vehicle details be
obtained. Record names and addresses of as many witnesses as possible at the scene of the
accident. Note the time, location and road conditions when the accident occurred. No discussion whatsoever should be entered into, regarding negligence of either party, or
liability admitted or any offer of compromise made. The damage to the other party's vehicle, especially the area affected and the extent of the
damage should be carefully inspected, within the capabilities of the observer. Where possible appropriate photographs should be taken.
Police Reports
The police are required to attend the scene of the accident if a person has been injured, the vehicle has to be towed or damage to a third party's property (e.g. house, fence) has occurred. If the Police attend the scene, the officer's name and station should be recorded. If possible, the driver should also obtain details of who is going to be held responsible and whether charges are likely to follow. A copy of the Police Report should be obtained and attached to the Claim Form.
Towing and Return of Damaged Vehicles
If the vehicle is drivable, it should be taken the University Vehicle Fleet Compound where it will be inspected and repairs organised. If the vehicle is not drivable, a call should be made to Vero Assist ph. 1800 222 043 to arrange for the vehicle to be towed to the repairer.

Property
Policy Outline –Property
Insured Interest: For material loss of assets being real property, including buildings,
plant, machinery, stock and merchandise. Also for loss of revenue, increased cost of working, loss of rental income, and additional expense resulting from interruption or interference to the business during the protection period. Protection is subject to certain terms, exclusions, conditions and limitations.
Coverage: Unless the Declared Values for Property stipulate otherwise,
coverage is provided for the cost of rebuilding, repairing or replacing property (not otherwise excepted by the cover) having been physically damaged or destroyed. Limitations for separate areas of theft, damage and spoilage apply.
Limit of Liability: Full sums declared subject to a maximum of $1,200,000,000
(subject to sub-Limits as specified in the Certificate of Entry) any one claim or series of claims for protection arising from the one event.
Excesses: The policy is subject to a $100,000 excess that applies to all
property claims. Up to $10,000 of this excess is borne by the Faculty/Division.
Reasonable Care
The University is required to take reasonable care in preventing damage or loss under the terms of its insurance policies. If such care is not taken, there may be no insurance coverage under the policy.
University Equipment Taken Home, on Field Trips, or Otherwise Off Campus
All items taken off campus must have been recorded in the internal loans register. The internal loans register is evidence that the piece of equipment was fully authorised to be off campus at the time of the incident. Where this cannot be provided, a memo from the Head of Budget Centre will be required.
University Equipment Taken Interstate or Overseas
Where the piece of equipment is being taken interstate and/or overseas, additional insurance may be required. In this circumstance please contact the Insurance Office.
Equipment Transported within Australia or Overseas
Items of equipment under $10,000 will be covered by the Travel Insurance Policy (refer below).

Items over $10,000 will be covered by the Unimutual Property protection. Please note there is a higher excess under the Property protection. For items over $10,000 the following details need to be advised to the Insurance Officer prior to the equipment being transported: Details of piece of equipment including value; What the equipment will be used for; Where the equipment will be used; Dates equipment will be used, and How the equipment will be stored when not in use.
Personal Property on Campus
The University's insurance policies do not cover the property of employees. Insurance cover for these items is the responsibility of the individual. In some cases however, the University may provide cover for personal property if the items in question are being used in relation to University work at the request and approval of the University. This cover will only be provided if details of the equipment are given to the Insurance Officer along with approval from the Head of Budget Centre, prior to the personal equipment being used on campus or in the business of the University. An excess of $100,000 will apply in these circumstances. Up to $10,000 of this excess is borne by the Faculty/Division.
Equipment on Loan from other organisations
The Insurance Office should be contacted and the following details need to be advised to the Insurance Officer, prior to the equipment being transported to the University: Details of piece of equipment; Equipment Value (including basis of determination); What the equipment will be used for; Where the equipment will be used; Dates equipment will be used; Where the equipment is being borrowed from, and How the equipment will be stored when not in use. It may be necessary to place additional insurance, for which any additional cost will be charged to the Budget Centre
UTAS Equipment Hired Out to Outside Organisations
The University will not cover for insurance purposes UTAS equipment that is hired out to outside organisations. For further information, please contact the Insurance Officer.

Property: Claims Procedures
Claim Procedures
When an item of University property is stolen or damaged, the following steps need to be taken: Report any incidents of theft and malicious damage to University Security. Record necessary information and take appropriate photographs. Download and complete a Property Insurance Claim. When completing the form, proof of ownership must be obtained either by Asset number,
Tag number, Purchase Order, Invoice Payment or UTRANs reference. A quote is also required for a replacement or repairs to the item, including equipment on
the University lease scheme. Attach quote, University security report and police report (where applicable) and forward
documentation to the Insurance Officer.
University Equipment Taken Home
Where the claim is for University owned equipment and the loss or damage occurs at an employee's home, a copy of the authorisation to take the equipment home is required to be attached to the Claim. This authorisation may take the form of a copy of the internal loans register page with the item of equipment listed and signed off, or a memo from the Head of Budget centre authorising such usage.
University Equipment Taken on Field Trips or Off Campus
In the event of an insurance claim, a copy of the internal loans register must be provided with the claim form, to provide evidence that the piece of equipment was fully authorised to be off campus at the time of the incident. Where this cannot be provided, a memo from the Head of Budget Centre will be required.

Corporate Travel Insurance
Policy Outline - Corporate Travel
Insurer: Chubb Insurance Company of Australia Ltd Policy Number: 93123527 Insured persons: Council Members and Employees of the Insured (including spouses,
de-factos, partners and/or their dependent children), and any other person whilst on authorised travel or travel incidental to the business, voluntary workers of the Insured, whilst on authorised Overseas or Antarctica travel or travel incidental thereto.
Definitions: Authorised Business Travel - travel undertaken on the business of
the University, authorised and paid for by the University. It does not include normal daily travel between home and place of business unless it involves travel to and from Tasmania.
Conditions: Covering all persons 24 hours whilst on business travel for death
and capital benefits as a result of an accident, subject to a maximum period of 180 days. Claims in respect to personal belongings exclude loss or damage arising from the owner's negligence.
Exclusions: Travel in excess of 180 consecutive days in duration
War Risks Intentional use of Military Force Financial Default Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Terrorism Expenses incurred for routine medical, optical or dental treatment or consultation Persons over the age of 90
Coverage

Travel Radius
The policy provides coverage only in connection with a journey undertaken by an Insured Person and must involve overnight accommodation or travelling to a destination more than 50 kilometres distant from either the normal place of residence or the normal place of work of the Insured Person.

Insurance and Personal Leave
The University will only cover private travel that is incidental to the business trip. Where private travel is greater than incidental, it is the responsibility of the individual concerned to arrange private travel insurance cover for the entire trip.

UTAS has an online facility for employees and students to access travel insurance which it is competitively priced for private leisure/holiday travel. Corporate Travel Insurance: Notifications and Safety
Notification to the Insurance Officer before Travelling
Specific instances where the Insurance officer should be contacted are detailed under the relevant section. In addition, if travel is to a country that has a DFAT level 4, or the traveller is over the age of 80 years, or carrying out anything that could be construed as dangerous, the Insurance Officer should be contacted.
Travel Greater Than 180 Days
If an employee is travelling for a period longer than 180 days, then the Budget Centre will be required to take out separate travel insurance for the whole period. This includes employees going on Study Leave. An Additional Travel Insurance Request must be completed and submitted to the Insurance Officer at least two weeks prior to the travel.

Additional Requirements for Non Standard Methods of Travel
Where travel is undertaken in transportation other than those recognised as normal business transport - i.e. schedule aircraft, train, company sedan or schedule bus, all such trips must be detailed by the budget centre and advised to the Insurance Office. In addition if the period extends beyond 180 days, the trip must be approved by the insurer prior to commencement as above. Non-standard transport would include: Sea travel to Antarctica on ships such as Aurora Australis. Travel in Antarctica and the Arctic Circle using overland vehicles, haglands and skidoos. Travel in Helicopters or Light Planes, for example travel to/in Antarctica, Sub-Antarctic
and the Arctic Circle. Small chartered planes for example charters for Council meetings. Field trips involving various methods of transport, local boats, cars, etc.
Corporate Travel Insurance: Notifications and Health Matters
Pre-existing Medical Conditions and Travel against Medical Advice
Medical expenses incurred where a journey is undertaken against the advice of a qualified medical practitioner or when the individual is unfit to travel or if the purpose is to seek medical attention are excluded under the policy. The routine filling of required prescriptions for pre-existing medical conditions is not covered.
Minor Medical Expenses While Travelling
If a staff member must visit a doctor or pay minor medical expenses, they should pay for these and contact the Insurance Officer on return.
Coverage for Medical Expenses on return to Australia after Injury or Sickness Overseas
Cover extends to twelve months after the date of injury, or in the case of sickness, after the date on which the medical expenses were first incurred, as long as initial treatment was obtained prior to returning to Australia.
Cancellation/Curtailment Expenses
Corporate Travel insurance will cover reasonable additional or forfeited travel, hotel or out of pocket expenses where a traveller cannot travel due to serious injury, serious sickness or unexpected death of a close relative, business partner or travelling companion.

Corporate Travel Insurance: Belongings
Business Equipment and Travel
Business equipment is covered up to a value of $10,000. Please contact the Insurance Officer to arrange separate cover if the piece of equipment is greater than this value. The cost of this cover will be charged against Budget Centre funds.
Special conditions for Travel with Electronic Equipment
The University requires any electronic equipment to be taken on board as personal cabin baggage. These items are also required to be stored in a secure place in the hotel, such as the hotel safe.
Temporary Misplaced Baggage Expenses and Necessities
If a traveller is deprived of baggage for a period of eight hours or more, they should purchase essential items as relief until the baggage is returned.

For personal items:
A police report for any stolen items. An airline security report for any items stolen or damaged while at
the airport or on the plane. A quotation for repairs and/or replacement items.
For University owned items:
All of the attachments above need to be included, plus; Proof of purchase of the items, for example Asset Number, Tag
Number, Invoice or UTRANs. A Budget centre account number, to journal the approved funds to.
Send the original form and all attachments including photographs to the Insurance

Insured persons: On the lives of members of the University Council and other official
committees of the Insured (excluding those members who are salaried employees of the University) whilst engaged in activities, including travel, in connection with attendance at a University meeting or on the business of the University including travelling to and/or from such meetings or business.
On the lives of voluntary workers including honorary research associates, clinical teachers, CRC Research Fellows, Consultants, Visiting scholars, Guest Lecturers, Examiners, Artists in Residence, Panel Advisors, Reviewers and the like whilst engaged in activities on behalf of the Insured including travelling to and from such business.

Insured Interest: Loss, destruction or damage to property (new and used) whilst in
transit by air, land and/or sea freight. Definitions: Property includes household and personal effects of employees and
others, where the removal/transit has been arranged by the University, but excludes individual consignments of $250 or less.
Voyages: Anywhere in the world to anywhere in the world by any route
direct or via port or ports including transhipment if incurred. Basis of Valuation: Landed Cost (repair cost if damaged or full replacement cost if
totally lost or destroyed) at destination including duty, freight, incidental exposures and insurance with 10% added.

Insurance Officer by the Budget Centre as soon as practicable and to pay such additional premium as agreed.
Equipment not attached: Diving gear/abalone section equipment declared value as per
schedule not attached to a specific vessel is only covered following total loss of a vessel by insured perils.
Conditions of Insurance
The policy is on a market value basis. The relevant budget centres must advise changes to sums insured for that level of cover to be effective, and declare the items insured by annotating an existing schedule. Please contact the Insurance Officer for more detail.

Clinical Trials
Policy Outline – Clinical Trials
Insured Interest: For legal liability to pay damages or compensation as a result of any
claim or claims made by research subjects for bodily injury caused by an act, error or omission in connection with clinical trials approved by the University’s Ethics Committee and undertaken by the University within the Commonwealth of Australia subsequent to 21 May 1997.
Limit of Liability: $20,000,000 each and every any one claim but limited to
$80,000,000 in the aggregate. Excesses: $100,000 each and every occurrence.

Insurance Cover for Students
Types of Student Insurance
This section addresses issues in relation to student insurance covering the following topics: Work Integrated Learning; Student Motor Vehicles; Personal accident insurance (Refer to TUU/Student Association); Student Travel (Refer to the section on Student Travel for students travelling on University
business).
Work Integrated Learning
Students engaged in unpaid Work Integrated Learning placements approved by the University are covered under the University insurance program. Students may be required to submit the Insurance for Work Integrated Learning Statement to a provider, which details the coverage. Work experience provider means any person or entity that, under an arrangement with the University of Tasmania, provides the opportunity or facilities for students to undertake study, research or work experience training or activities.
Work Integrated Learning: General and Product Liability
The University’s insurer may provide coverage to work experience providers for liability to pay compensation for personal injury, other injury or property damage which arises as a result of any negligent act, error or omission of the student in the course of the study, research or work experience training or activities. The limit of liability is $20,000,000 any one occurrence. The insurance policy is also subject to certain terms, exclusions, conditions and limitations. Work Integrated Learning: Personal Accident Insurance
This category covers students suffering an injury resulting in death or permanent or temporary disablement whether partial or total and other specified benefits.

Use of Student Motor Vehicles
As with any private vehicle, student vehicles used for authorised University business, such as field work, or other work undertaken as part of a course or approved research, must have full comprehensive insurance and can only be used with approval of the Head of Budget Centre. Should the vehicle be involved in an accident whilst on University business, the insurance is the responsibility of the individual.

Student Travel Insurance
Student Coverage and Travel
Students of the University are automatically covered by travel insurance whilst on authorised University travel, with exceptions noted below.

Additional Key Medical Exclusions:
Expenses incurred when the person is travelling against medical advice or when he or she is unfit to do so. Expenses incurred for continuing treatment, including any medication commenced prior to the commencement of travel. Expenses incurred more than 12 months after the date of injury, or in the case of sickness, after the date on which the medical expenses were first incurred.

Insurance Year
The University has two insurance periods dependent upon the underwriter: 1. The year ended 31st October – Unimutual based policies 2. The year ended 31st December – General insurance program
Insurance Broker
The University appoints an insurance broker to provide advice and assist in the placement of appropriate insurance policies. The current insurance broker is Marsh Pty Ltd and any contact should be made through the University Insurance Office.

Appendix D: Motor Vehicle Claims Checklist
Motor Vehicle Claims Checklist
Render assistance to parties who may have been injured.
Contact emergency services if required.
Obtain other party's name, address, license number and vehicle details.
Record names and addresses of as many witnesses as possible at the scene of the accident.
Note the time, location and road conditions when the accident occurred.
Do not discuss negligence of either party, or admit liability or any offer of compromise.
Carefully inspect the damage to the other party's vehicle, especially the area affected and the extent of the damage, within your capabilities. Where possible take appropriate photographs
Ensure Police attend the accident if a person has been injured, the vehicle has to be towed or damage to a third party's property (e.g. house, fence) has occurred
If the Police attend the scene, the officer's name and station should be recorded. If possible, the driver should also obtain details of who is going to be held responsible and whether charges are likely to follow.
A copy of the Police Report should be obtained/requested and attached to the Claim Form
If the vehicle is drivable, it should be taken the University Vehicle Fleet Compound where it will be inspected and repairs organised. A claim form can also be downloaded from the Financial Service website.
If the vehicle is not drivable, a call should be made to Vero Assist ph. 1800 222 043 to arrange for the vehicle to be towed to the repairer.
