INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS VR BAFFLED RADIATOR
Arrow’s baffled radiator improves engine cooling system efficiency by separating trapped air and steam from the coolant. Two additional hoses are required. One connects the top tank to the inlet side of the water pump. The other connects the top tank to the thermostat housing. See Figure 1 for details. On older engines it may be necessary to drill and tap a ¼ NPT port in the thermostat housing (see Figure 2).
Note: It is extremely difficult to fill system if the 208776 hose is not connected.
