• Het is (te) vroeg om van ‘best practices’ te spreken:– na bottom up initiateven, nu top-down programma’s– selectieprocedures en ondersteuning

• ‘One size fits all solution’ bestaat niet; geïntegreerde zorg kent uiteenlopende verschijningsvormen (o.a. doelgroepen, bouwstenen, stakeholders, wijze(n) van integreren)

• Geïntegreerde zorg wordt gezien als een middel (strategie) voor het verbeteren van kwaliteit van zorg

• Evaluatie: niet alleen of het (kosten)effectief is, maar ook implementatie
