The beauties of this tour already begin with the captivating landscape alongside the road.

The more we do enter in the inland of Austria, the more beautiful turns up the view…

The mountains with their peaks covered by snow, give us a promising idea of the beauties we will find

ahead, developing a succession of views that deserve to be print in postcards…

Innsbruck arose during the medieval period, between the X and XII centuries. As you see, it is more than 1,000 years old. It is a privileged city,

with incredible natural beauties…

Arriving at Innsbruck. It is a very pretty city, imbedded in the middle of this

wonderful world of scenic mountains…

Innsbruck is the capital of the state Tyrol with a population of 128,000 inhabitants.

It is a city where the classic architecture and the European tradition coexist in harmony with the

modern style of life…

The Inn river that bathes Innsbruck, voluminous

but tame, flows into the Danube river…

Innsbruck is known as “Treasure of the Alps”, with its famous Ski-resorts.

One of the attractions that you shouldn’t miss is the train, that brings you to the top of the mountain, 2,334 m of

altitude. It is a good advice to take a warm coat with you, even in summer season…

Innsbruck is a very quiet and tranquil city with many parties and music everywhere.

Strolling about the city gives you rare moments of wonder and pleasure…

Statue of Andreas Hofer (1967 – 1810), Tyrolean partisan that commanded the

farmer troops in their fights against Napoleon and his army…

The graveyard next to the church is so tidy and well conserved that we cannot

proceed without showing it…

Even a ride on the street car is very

pleasant. They pass all over the city…

The young people of Innsbruck enjoy the sunset, sitting cheerfully around the

fountain in the little place, having the scenic snow capped mountains as background…

Considerable part of the population still keep the tradition of wearing typical Austrian clothes…

We can find downtown narrow streets with scattered little bars, cafés and snack counters

where we can enjoy memorable moments savoring the tasteful Austrian draft beer…

Innsbruck transmits to you a feeling of peace and pleasure in an atmosphere of enchantment and security, where people can go calmly for a stroll about the city without being disturbed

In the “Panorama Innsbruck” (Riesenrund Gemälde) one of the most impressive attraction is this circular canvas painted in 1886, by four

artists working during six month…

Barcos casas, sim casas de moradias montadas em barcos

The painting is called “One Day War” and represents the battle of the Innsbruck inhabitants against Napoleon soldiers that struggled to take

possession of the city, in 1809…

The canvas is cylindrical, with 10m high and 100m circumference, that is 1,000 m2. Painted with 5,000 different colors, it was necessary 10 ton of paint to

accomplish the task…

The quality of the painting is very impressive. It looks like we are witnessing alive a scene of the real world. The snow capped mountains at the back give an even more realistic look to the painting. Once in Innsbruck, you

shouldn’t miss a visit to this place. Certainly this is the most fantastic painting I have ever seen…

The beautiful girl on the street responds with gracious mimic when you put a coin in

the little collect box…

The calm river “Inn”, flowing between the mountains and the nice looking city, continues its

course through the valley until it reaches the majestic Danube river…

“Hurry out” or the streetcar will run over you!In fact it never happens because, in Innsbruck, the respect to the people is a matter of honor…

The approaching of the sunset in Innsbruck, at the banks of the marvelous Inn river, is full of emotions…

Bars, cafés and public houses that serve Austrian draft beer are extremely cozy and cheerful…

The musical passion is present everywhere, confirming the tradition of a land where man breathes music and the musical notes flow in

everyone’s veins…

Handsome people, agreeable surroundings, remarkable tranquility an security can be seen everywhere…

Austrian sweets and confectioneries are very famous. You cannot let slip the opportunity of savoring them.

They are unique and delicious…

Here begins a fascinating tour through the Tyrol Valley. Just after this tunnel the landscape changes

completely, giving place to the images of a paradise…

The dazzling landscapes transmit to you peace of spirit and a stimulating sensation.

Every time we cut down a tree, we must plant two in compensation. This obligatory procedure turns this region very rich in vast woods and forests…

This mountainous region looks like an immense garden. The houses don’t have fences or walled yards; they are built in German style, what makes this region one of the

marvelous places of the world…

With 12,648 km², Tyrol is the third state of Austria in area, with a population of

375,000 inhabitants…

Mas tem, também, outros trens, até de dois andares, como esse aqui...

The access to the Tyrol Valley, happens through villages. Fenceless houses, cleanliness, tranquility and beautiful

people, this is what we see around here…

The potable water of Tyrol is considered one of the best in the whole world.

This is the reason why it is supplied regularly to NASA,

in the United States…

The quality of the Tyrolean milk is recognized all over the European community, thanks

to the purity of the water, exuberance of the pastures

and health of the cattle.Try the local yogurt and you

you’ll confirm the difference…

Tyrol is known also as “Holy Land” due to the rate of churches per inhabitant,

which is the biggest of the world…

The historic little train runs on these rails and

brings you to the Zillertal Valley, in Tyrol…

The mere thought of having to leave this paradise some time, gives you a heart squeeze because you anticipate

the sadness of letting behind this unique place, a wonder of the Nature

If you are fond of breathtaking landscapes you must visit Innsbruck and Tyrol in the heart of Austria,
