› DoAT manages 53 treasuries across the state and provides management & monitoring reports to the Finance department

› Monitoring of actual expenses against the budget was extremely difficult on the existing manual system

› Real time ways and means position and elimination of overdrafts› Elimination of budgetary deficits through better management of

expenditure and incomes› Conservation of national resources through Real-time inputs to the

CAG

› Developed a central server based system connecting all treasuries, the Finance department and the DoAT office
