Batticaloa flood relief work

IMHO Relief work in Flood Affected areas in the East (Jan-Feb 2011)

Batticaloa,Kalmunai and Valaichenai• Filling up sandbags at the medical unit in Valaichnai – $3,750

– it prevented the closure of the unit

• Dry rations ,Cloths,Emergency Medicines,Children’s need and mobile clinics $ 4,000 (Kalmunai)

• Dried Food, Sanitary supplies and Cleaning the wells and Mosquito nets(CACM) $11,000 (Batticalo district)

• Medicines ,Mobile clinics and inhalers for asthma $ 4,000 (Valaichenai)
