• IMC is a Swiss privately‐owned company run by its founder since 2004. IMCoperates with a boutique style and aims to create true partnerships, value and satisfaction. Transparency, fairness, quality, ethics and performance are our guidelines.
• Our clients are mostly national and international operating companies between 250‐1000 hcts.. We work also for multinational companies, as well as for SMBs. Currently we have over 600 active served clients in our network.
• We support our business clients with a focus on delivering services in the areas of Executive Search, Human Capital Management, Interim Management, Integral Management Consultancy and Merger & Acquisitions.

• Identification of Top international clients with activities in the home countries of our associates partners and a corporate specific communication
• Development of a Key Account Management for the Organization, with respective offering process
• Coordinated projects through IMC and leading partners
• Creation and distribution of consultancy tools to associate partners (sharing knowledge)
• Specific support to associates in particularly complex projects by senior experts
• Integration in corporate finance, restructuring and founding initiatives
Your profilePreconditions for joining the corporation1. You will work independently with your own company , invoicing your clients 2. You provide at least 3 case mandates and references3. You submit / register the application form4. You have to be accepted by the senior management5. You sign off the cooperation contract and pay the membership quote
