Simply download the application and register with the following
information :User ID: Last 4 characters of your NRIC/FIN/Passport Number followed
by your Date of Birth (DDMMYYYY)(E.g. if your NRIC is S1234567A and your date of birth is
01011970, your User ID would be: 567A01011970)
Company ID: VMWARE
Password: Date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format (please include the “/”)

The application provides the ability to synchronize the Claim History information of employee as well spouse and children. Employee can check status of claims and a list of claims that have been submitted within the selected period.

IHP Mobile Application 手机应用程序Amend/Delete Claims You can select a claim submission and review the associated claims history information that the system has been enabled for these processes. After reviewing the information, the claimant can choose to amend or delete the status of the individual/batch e-claim submission(s).

Track Virtually and Amend/Delete
➢ Use these processing options to select individual/batch claims submission records and then press Submit.
➢ Under the Claims Summary information, select Amend/Delete.

Enter the mandatory
fields and click on
“Submit” to proceed.

▪ Note all fields with * are mandatory
▪ Receipt Reference No: Please enter receipt number.
▪ Service Provider/Clinic: Please select list of clinics from search or type (free text)
▪ Incurred Amount: This is the receipt amount.
▪ Remarks: Please input any important notes/ remarks that the claim assessors need to take note of.

1. Select the claimant and click “Search”. The search will show all claims, which have not been processed.
2. Select the claim to be amended/deleted.
3. Claims that are already being processed cannot be amended or deleted
