Teachers in spe don’t know how to use ICT in a
didactical way….
They don’t see enough teacher trainers doing it!

Example: do you train your teacher students how to make good digital exercises (technical, didactical) ?
Results curriculum
• Mostly focus on buttons & There is no attention on the didactical approach of new ICT
• No clear teamview what is expected and given by colleagues teacher trainers…
Other results
• Teacher trainer is mostly not a role model- Infrastructure- Large groups- Distance learning- Lack of time and vision
