Travel Information
Welcome to the University of Leipzig and to the conference “Non-equilibrium dynamics of low dimensional electronic systems” taking place January 13-15, 2015. Below please find important details about your stay in Leipzig and information about how to get there. Location: The conference will be held at the main campus “Augustusplatz” in the center of the city, conference room S 420 in the seminar building (“Seminargebäude”).
For more details and see http://www.uni-leipzig.de/~stp/conference/neqdyn Transportation: You can reach Leipzig via Leipzig-Halle airport (LEJ) or via the Berlin airports. From LEJ, take a commuter train (S-Bahn) or regular train to Leipzig main station. From Berlin Tegel, take the airport express bus to Berlin main station and then an ICE/IC train to Leipzig. From Berlin Schoenefeld, take a commuter train (S-Bahn) to Berlin Südkreuz, and then an ICE/IC train to Leipzig main station. Accomodation: Accomodation will be reserved for you at Leipzig Novotel, across the street from the main train station and a 5 minute walk from the main campus.
