Need and Purpose
Need
– To improve operations and relieve congestion at I-410 / I-10E Interchange
and connections between Old Seguin Road, FM 1346 (E. Houston St.),
U.S. 87 (Rigsby Ave.), and N. Foster Road.
Purpose
– To provide operational improvements and relieve congestion by:
• Reconfiguring and reconstructing the I-410 / I-10E Interchange; and
• Enhancing frontage roads
