The north and west directions of the city is witnessing more plotted development due to thenearby employment hubs in the north-west part of the city. Most of the demand isconcentrated in the North-West along Patancehru Industrial Corridor (Mumbai Highway)and CBD and Financial Corridor (Shankarpalli Hyderabad Road). Although, PatancehruIndustrial Corridor (Mumbai Highway) and CBD and Financial Corridor (ShankarpalliHyderabad Road) are considered as the largest plot corridors in Hyderabad in terms ofdemand, the southern part of Hyderabad is also experiencing a supply surge in plotteddevelopment along the Pharma City Corridor (Srisailam Highway) and Hyderabad AirportCorridor (Kurnool Road). Beside, Warangal Highway Corridor in the east has also witnessedsome traction in terms of the plotted project development.
