Dear Parents, Carers and Grandparents,
Thank you to all of our amazing students, parents, friends and
staff who helped to make our Halloween Disco a really great fright
night! There were many incredible costumes and the judges had
a difficult time choosing our winners. Well done to our two best
dressed family winners: the McLeod and Waters families. They
have each won a family pass to the Territory Wildlife Park
CONGRATULATIONS to our All Stars in our Special Centre
who won the inaugural BE CROCWISE SCHOOL AWARD. We
will have a very special assembly on Monday 28 November at
8:30am. Special visitors: include Matt Wright The Outback
Wrangler; Tommy Nichols, Head of Croc Management from Parks
and Wildlife and The Hon Minister Lauren Moss MLA, Minister for
the Environment and Natural Resources. The All Stars will be
presented with another special award in recognition of their win.
DROP OFF ZONE! Please take care in the ‘Drop Off Zone’.
This area gets very congested, especially in the
afternoons. If you need to collect a Preschool or
Transition student can you please park in Challoner
Circuit or over near the water tower. Thanks!
Deodorants in aerosol cans. These
are banned at our school as they can
cause asthma attacks. BusLink have
brought it to our attention that some
students have been using these on buses
which resulted in a student having an asthma attack. They are
now banned from being carried on buses. Students are
encouraged to use alternate forms of deodorants such as ‘roll ons’
for their personal hygiene.
Kind regards, Sue Fisher, PRINCIPAL Dentist 89226466
