Become a Friendlier Person:Don’t criticize, condemn or complain.

Negative energy just creates more negative energy!

Criticizing another not only damages that person’s reputation but puts a dent in our own.

A Complaint-Free World challenge!

Become a Friendlier Person:Use people’s names!

Pay attention when being introduced!

Repeat the name immediately; then use it several times in conversation

Repeat it to yourself several times

Create a mind picture

Become a Friendlier Person:Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk.

Become genuinely interested in others.

Talk in terms of their interests.

Make the other person feel important – and do it sincerely.

But what should we talk about???

Win People to Your Way of Thinking:

The only way to get the best of an argument is to avoid it.

Never say, “You’re wrong.” Show respect for the other person’s opinion.

If you are wrong, admit it quickly and emphatically.

Get them saying ”yes, yes” immediately.

Be a Leader:

Begin with praise and honest appreciation.

Talk about your own mistakes before criticizing the other person.

Let the other person save face.

Give the other person a fine reputation to live up to.

Create an Attitude for Peace and Happiness:

Fill your mind with thought of peace, courage, health and happiness.

Never try to get even with enemies.

Rest before you get tired.

Count your blessings – not your troubles.

Create happiness for others.

One Last Challenge:

The Golden Book:One-a-Day

THANK YOU!
