Go to http://library.devry.eduand click on EBSCOhost

Click on Business Searching Interface

Go to Sign In.You will want to make a personal file to store your resources for later use.

Click I’m A New User

Fill out form and Submit

Fill out form and Submit

These are the many optionsyou have to choose from when researching a company. We chose this company for example purposes. Click Search.

The database brings up the closest match.Click on the box next to the match, put Andin the small box, then click Add.

The information appears,click Search

There are over5,000 Results

Here are the Results. You can limit your Results by narrowing choices down by Specialty, Format or Subject. Just click on the arrow to enlarge options. We will click on Consolidation to give us articles only on Dell’s Consolidation .

Click the Article Name for the abstract.To read the article, click on Full Text.

If it does not have a Full Text link,it is only an Abstract, or short summary of the article.

Now there are only 132 Results

Here is the article.You can Save, e-Mail, Add to your Folder and Print it. You can also have it Translated to other major languages

To save the article, click on Folder.

The open folder icon means there aresaved articles. You can Delete them as well.

To learn more about a company, click on Company Profiles. Industry Profiles are also available.

Put in company nameand click on Browse

Click on DatamonitorReport. If you click onCompany Name, you will only have an abstract.

Here is informationyou will generally findwhich includes SWOT,Competitors, Revenue AnalysisProducts, and more.

Make sure the information is up to date.

If you are going to be researching , or working for, a foreign or multi-national corporation, the government, an NGO, or starting a business elsewhere, you will want to view Country Reports. You will find a well rounded overview of information from intelligence, economic, political ,and cultural, sources.
