First, open a browser by clicking it.

For this tutorial, let's choose Google

A new window will pop-up

Click the URL

Type https://www.canva.com/ then hit Enter on your keyboard

You will be redirected to Canva’s site

You can sign up with Facebook, Google, or Email

Let’s click Sign Up with Email

Type your Full Name

Type your Email

Retype your Email

Type your Password

Click Sign up

You have finished signing up

For this tutorial, let’s choose Work

Let’s choose Social Media

Click Got it!

Click Done!

Click I’m done!

Your design is untitled. To give it

a name, click here.

Type a name for your design

then click Done

To delete the grid, click the trash icon

Now let's explore Frames. Click Frames

Frames are like Grids but have multiple shapes and sizes

Scroll down to view more frames

Click any frame that you want

The frame will appear on your design

Drag the corners to resize the frame

To rotate, drag or twist this arrow

Let's add an image to your frame

Click the Search bar

Let’s search for a mountain image

Type “mountain” then hit Enter

Drag the image inside the frame to auto resize and fit

Let’s upload an image to a frame

Click UPLOADS tab

Click Upload your own images

Select an image from your computer

then click Open

The image has been uploaded

Drag the image inside the frame to auto resize and fit

Double click the image inside the frame

You can drag the image around

Click the check mark once done positioning

To add texture, depth and organization to your design,

go to Shapes

Click any Shape that you want

The shape will appear on your design

Drag the corners to resize

To change shape color, click here

your design, let's explore the TEXT tab

Click or drag any text that you want to add

The text will appear on your design

Double click the Text on your design

You can change the text by retyping it

but still retain its text tyle

To change text style, click here

then select from the dropdown menu

To change text size, click here

then select from the dropdown menu

To change text color, click here

change the background. Let’s pick red

Make the text bold or italic as desired

by clicking here, if your text allows it

To change text alignment, click here

then select which direction to align

To make the text all capital, click here

To make a bulleted list, click here

To duplicate text, click Copy

To adjust text transparency, click here

then drag this to left or right

To add a link to the text, click Link

then type your URL here and click Apply

To delete text, click the trash can

Editing Photos in

Go to Elements

Click Free Photos

Choose a free photo

Drag corners inward or outward to resize

Click the photo

to make the editing tool bar appear

To make special photo effects, click Filter

Filters are used to enhance color effects

Click these arrows to view more filters

Click Advanced Options for more filter properties

You can set these properties either manually

to enhance a photo or just by choosing a filter

Let’s choose the NORMAL filter

Notice that the Normal filter's properties are all set to zero (0)

To send via email, type email addresses

of recipients here. Before sending, set whether

the recipient Can edit or Can view

your design then click Send invites.

You can also Tweet your design in Twit

or post your design in face

Lastly, you can share by making a Link

Then click Copy

Type in your Email or Phone

Click Post to Facebook
