● boring routine tasks (homework, work duties, home chores);

● tasks that could potentially lead to life-changing results (like building successful business).

Because motivation behind each of these two types is different you will need different strategies to deal with procrastination in each case.

Work in short sessions and stop before you get bored or tired. Even 15 minutes will do!

For life-changing stuff...Figure out a definite plan that is proven to work and get you where you want to be. Once you have clarity on what you have to do your actions become automatic. When this happens you won’t procrastinate anymore.
