This is the basics of how I set up an Elluminate session at Otago Polytechnic

Choose a name for your
session
Enter the start & end time and dates for your meeting
Choose how long before you want it available to you
Usually about 30 minutes
Usually we have been able to add our students group here and then ,
when we select create it has automatically sent the invitation to the students as student users. Our
first and second years are not loaded here yet so we can’t do that
