YoumaypayusingPayNearMe($3.99fee)usingyourpaycode.Thisoptionisbestforthosethatwouldliketopaycash.Thisiscreditedtoyourtenantledgerwithin30minutes.Youwillfindyourpaycodeinyourtenantportalunder“Setupautopay”.Ifyoudonothaveaccesstothisbuttonbesuretorequestaccessbyaddingataskorcontactingyourpropertymanager.Yourpaycodeisuniquetoyouandyouraccountandshouldnotbesharedwithothers.PayNearMeisavailableatselectlocationsofCVS,7-11,AceCashExpressandCasey’sGeneralStore.

3. PayOnlinewithyourtenantportal.Youshouldhavereceivedanemailtosignupforyourtenantportal,ifyouhavenotyoucansignuponyourownbyfollowingthestepsonpage2orcontactingofficestaff.Onceyouareloggedintoyourportal,youmaymakeonetimepaymentsorsetupautopayonweekly,biweeklyormonthlybasis.Itiscompletelyfreetopayonlineusingyourcheckingaccount.Youwillneedyourcheckingaccountnumberandroutingnumbertocompletethetransaction.Rememberthistransactioncantakeseveraldays(typically3bankdaysifpaymentmadebefore6pm)tocompleteandfundsmustremainavailableinyouraccountuntildrawnotherwisethetransactionwillcomebackasinsufficientfunds.Certainaccountsarenotpermittedduetothetypeofaccountstheyare(i.e.childsupportaccounts)checkwithyourbankifyouhaveanyquestions.
