Method:-Remove the stones with a knive- mince the plums with a meat - mincing machine
- Add the cinnamon sticks- Add the jam sugar - bring to the boil, stirring constantly- cook for 4 minutes
- Remove the cinnamon sticks-Fill the jam into jar while still very hot- Cover with a lid immediately- Enjoy!
